We live in a world where talk is cheap. We also live in a world that is hurting and in need. According to 1 John 3:18, we are told to, "not merely say that we love each other; but to show the truth of our love by our actions." The outreach ministry of OPR Church is here to do just that. See a need and meet a need. From our local community to the far corners of the earth let us love and serve not in our words alone, but with our spirit-enabled actions.
One person can make a difference, but many persons can make a bigger impact. We are looking for help in fulfilling our God-given mission to Love In Action. Be prayed-up and ready for when the opportunity comes to make a difference in someone's life, family or community. We all have different resources we can pull from so make preperations today so that you can make a difference for the Kingdom of God.
Loving In Action means making a difference anywhere at anytime. Our hope is to show and share the love of Jesus from our front door all the way to the farthest door. In order to do that we must stay prayed-up and be willing to use our goods for the good of others. Consider what goods God has blessed you with so that you can be a blessing to others. Be on the lookout for outreach opportunities you can meet and also for those we as the body of Christ can work towards together.
